At Elementos Calefactores AS, we manufacture heating blankets for the heating of IBC containers.
Applications
The main purpose of a drum heating system is to compensate for heat loss undergone by certain fluids during production processes.
It is essential that the fluid in the drum does not freeze or suffer changes in viscosity or any other characteristic, thus also avoiding harm to the recipient. |

Electric heating blankets BFVIBC
The BFVIBC range of heating blankets is a "ready to install" heating system, specially designed for the heating of IBC containers.
Carefully designed, robust and easily handled , allowing them to be adapted to the IBC container.
The BFVIBC heating blankets are specially suitable for the heating for surface, supplying constant and uniform temperature.
Our wide range of thermostats and temperature control devices, avoids the deterioration of the IBC container caused by the overheating of the temperature-sensitive products. |

The BFVIBC model is designed to adapt to IBC containers of 1.000 litres, with or without the soldered galvanised steel cage.

Control and regulation
At Elementos Calefactores AS, we have different types of temperature control devices, to fit the needs of any kind of project.
Below are some of the control systems mentioned:
- DPA: Control and regulation box to connect between 1 and 4 circuits, from 8A to 63A at 230V.
- DR 4000: Digital Thermometer/Thermostat.
- ETV - 1991- P: DIN/Omega rail electronic modular analogue thermostat.
- ETN - 2P - 1441: DIN/Omega rail electronic modular analogue thermostat with mini-switchboard.
- AT056: Portable bulb and capillary temperature analogic controller.

Types of fasteners
The BFVIBC heating blankets, are reinforced with three transversal nylon straps and two more straps on top, finished with plastic buckles that ensure a strong and secure attachment.
