BFV - Heating blankets for 25 to 200 litres drum heating

Our range of heating blankets BFV, specially indicated for surface heating, to avoid damaging the products to be heated. Temperature up to a maximum of 80º C.

For drums from 25 to 200 litres, made of metal, fibreglass, polyester, polyethylene, etc.

The heating blankets and bands are made from fibreglass fabric, with internal insulating elements made from silicone and resins.

They can be supplied with a built in safety thermostat (calibrated to a temperature) or with a small controller to set and regulate the temperature.

We can mount different types of fastener or clasps according to the needs of each project.

BFVIBC - Heating blankets for IBC containers 1.000 Litres.

BFVIBC blankets are specially indicated for surface heating, to avoid damaging the products to be heated, up to a maximum of 80 ºC.

The BFVIBC model is designed to adapt to 1,000 Litre IBC containers, with or without the soldered galvanised steel cage.

The heating blankets are made from fibreglass fabric, and other insulating materials made from silicone and resins.

The blanket is usually fastened with a plastic buckle. See other types of fasteners.

Control and regulating

It is very important that when you acquire your heating blanket or band, acquire a control and regulating device as well, to optimize the efficiency of your heating unit and extend the life of the electric system to the maximum.

It can be supplied with a built in safety thermostat (set to the desired temperature) or with a small controller to set and regulate the temperature.
