Temperature control panels

Voltage regulator 0 - 100%: Model CE

Voltage regulating boxes 75 - 3.200 W, for regulating integral heating systems or independently witched separate circuits.

All the regulating boxes are manufactured with independent or joined regulating, each heating cable is on a separate circuit and receives the amount of current applied to it, from 0-100%

The CE model can be used with the following heating systems:

• Heating mat, model BS
• Heating mat, model BSA
• Special heating systems, etc.

Temperature control panel: Model DPA

Boxes with a transparent window, IP-55 and 65 protection, for operating from -20 a +140ºC. Output to 8 A circuit breaker (model range for 15A, 25A, 45A, 65A, with or without optional differential) admitting a variety of sensors PTC, PT100 (1,5mts), etc., current, temperature variations ± 0,4ºC.

Incorporating PG´s for connecting the heating elements, as well as quick internal bridged DIN connectors and an extension cord to the box 2,65m long.

The DPA model can be used with the following heating systems:

• Heating blankets and bands, model BFV
• Heating mat model BS
• Heating mat model BSA
• Special heating systems, etc.

Note: If you want to include a differential circuit breaker to the box please add the letter “D” to the end of the model number.

Digital thermostat for snow melting systems

Control thermostat for snow melting systems: Model ETO2 - 4550

- Can be mounted in a DIN/Omega rail

• ON / OFF up to 11 Kw.
• 2 control areas.
• Economic ice and snow melting system on outdoor areas (ramps and accesses, roofs and roofs, gutters and drainages).

The ETO2, depending on the type of sensor employed can detect : humidity, ambient temperature, and contact temperature.

Thermostat sensor functions:

For pipes, guttering and drainpipes: Thermostat ETO2-4550, with sensors ETOR-55 and ETF.744/99:

The ETOR sensor is designed for installation in gutters, drainpipes, pipes, etc.

ETOR detects humidity, while ETF detects temperature.

The AS heating system will only melt snow when the outdoor temperature falls below the value selected.

For outdoor areas: ETO2-4550 and ETOG-55:

The ETOG contact sensor is deigned to be installed inside the surface to be kept free from ice and/or snow.

ETOG detects soil temperature and humidity.

Ambient sensor ETF-744/99, can be used to rapidly detect drops in temperature.

The snow-melting system will only be powered when:

1. Normal position On: The snow melting system is only powered when the outside temperature drops below the selected value and the sensor also detects humidity.
2. Off position: The system is powered when the outside temperature drops below the selected value. This position is employed when atmospheric conditions are unstable.
3. Timer position: A duration of 1 to 6 hours can be selected. After the heating cycle, the system will continue to operate after the humidity or temperature sensors go off, for the selected length of time.

Thermostats for heating systems - DIN/Omega rail mounting

Electronic analogic thermostat: Model ETN-2P-1441

DIN rail electronic modular analogue thermostat mini-switchboard:

• Electronic thermostat on/off.
• Analogic.
• Maximum power 16A - 3.600W - 230 V..
• Variable differential 0.3º to 6º C.
• Range of temperature scales: 0/+35º C.
• Energy saving temperature range  3ºC to 10ºC.
• 4 x 36mm elements for DIN rail.
• Possible connection to programming unit.
• NTC sensor included, length 3m (for atmospheric or contact use).

Example applications: Electric trace heating for pipes, electric trace heating for storage tanks, drum heating, radiant floors, etc.

Analogic thermostat: Model ETI-1551

The ETI model belongs to a series of compact on/off action thermostats for industrial applications.

Specially recommended for electric radiant floors, ice and snow protection systems for networks of pipes, tanks, barrels, etc.

Despite its compact design the ETI, can withstand loads of 10A or 2.200 W, allowing it to control various loads without the need for large electric panels.

Extremely robust, it requires little or no maintenance.

• On/off electronic thermostat.
• Analogic.
• Maximum power 16 A - 3.600W - 230 V.
• Fixed differential 0.4º C.
• Range of temperature scales: 0/+35º C.
• 2 x 36mm elements for DIN rail.
• Possible connection to programming unit.
• NTC sensor included, length 3m (for atmospheric or contact use).

Example applications: Electric trace heating for pipes, electric trace heating for storage tanks, drum heating, radiant floors, etc.

Digital thermostat for DIN/Omega rails: Range DR 4000

The new DR4000 thermoregulators are suitable for installation on electric panels fitted with DIN guides and are characterized by their analogue signal acquisition flexibility.

The ability to manage different analogue inputs makes the controllers flexible and convenient; by using them it is possible to cover the entire range of the most common field signals: NTC, PTC, Pt100, Pt1000, TC probes, current signals (from 0…20 mA to 4…20 mA) and 0…5 V and 0…10V voltage signals.

The “switching” type 95…240 Vac or 12…24 Vac / 12…36 Vdc power supply guarantees the installer coverage of the majority of application sectors, reducing the number of models that would be necessary if a transformer-operated power supply were used.

Thermostats for electric radiant floors

Digital thermostat: Model OTD2

Digital thermostat OTD2 with “Floor + Room” temperature sensor for electric radiant floor.

• Electronic thermostat suitable for flush mounting in a standard wall socket.
• With limitation sensor. For optimal comfort avoiding cold tiles during spring and autumn, or as protection against damaging wooden floors.
• With built-in interrupter for convenient switching off at airing the room and at summer times.
• Built-in night setback via external timer and possibility for frost protection via rectifier and external timer.
• On/off control up to 3,600W, 16A.
• With digital display, making it easy to set the required floor or room temperature. Simple to use: The red button increases the temperature, the blue one lowers it.
• If required, the offset can be adjusted and furthermore limited for max. or min. temperature.

Suitable for installing in bathrooms and other humid areas.

Digital Thermostat: Model OCD2

The OCD model is a programmable electronic thermostat with and on/of switch, and temperature control via an NTC sensor for “Floor” + an internal “Ambient” temperature sensor.

The heat output is switched on or off with a difference of as little as 0.4ºC.

Includes 4 programmable events, for automatic ambient temperature control and energy saving.

Suitable for installing in bathrooms and other humid areas.

Maximum load 16 A @ 230 V.
