Introduction

At ECAS we have developed, with the advice of experts in the cable industry, a range of heating blankets for the manipulation and straightening of high voltage cables. It's the BFV-AT range

 

Heating blankets BFV-AT

The purpose of the range of heating blankets BFV-AT, is to facilitate the straightening, flexing and/or joining of high voltage cables, applying a uniform temperature, up to 120° C, either constant or variable.

Our heating blankets facilitate the straightening of high voltage cables in tasks usually performed by operators who assemble high voltage cables.
The heating blanket heats the high voltage cable before installation.

The temperature of the blankets is controlled through a PTC1000 sensor incorporated inside the blanket. The sensor is connected to the DP16A / 321 digital thermostat through a five-pin connector.
