IBC tank-heaters

Introduction

At ECAS, we manufacture IBC tank-heaters for IBC tanks of 1.000 litres (275 gal).

Application

The main function of the tank heaters is to prevent and compensate for heat losses undergone by certain fluids during the production process.

It is essential that the fluid or product stored in the tank does not freeze and/or change its viscosity or any of its properties, it also prevents these changes affecting the container.

BFVIBC tank-heaters

The BFVIBC tank-heaters range consists of ready to install heating systems.

Their careful design, robust and easy to handle construction means they can be easily fitted to the tank.

The BFVIBC tank heaters are especially suitable for surface heating as they provide a uniform temperature and, thanks to our wide range of thermostats and temperature control and regulation panels, they prevent the deterioration of temperature sensitive products due to overheating.

Thermostats

All our heating blankets have a thermostat of one type or another.

At ECAS, we offer different control and regulation solutions:

AT056-i: integrated economic analog thermostat

• Temperature range: 0-90º C

• On/Off differential: 4º C
• Sensor: Built-in the heater

DP25A: digital programmable thermostat

• Control panels prepared to work outdoor, from -20 ºC to +140 ºC.
• Case with transparent window: IP-65
• Connection entrances: PG-9
• Relay output: 25 A
• Allows different types of sensors: PTC, PT100, etc.
• Voltage: 230 V.

* DP400: digital programmable thermostat

• Digital programmable thermostat

• Temperature range: -40/140º C
